Your Right to Information and Deletion

You have the right to receive information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right of correction, opposition, data transfer, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect / inadmissible processed data.

You also have the right to revoke any consent granted for the use of your personal data at any time. For the assertion of the data subject rights (information, deletion, correction, opposition and / or data transfer) you are entitled to contact us (United World Games, Siebenhügelstraße 107A/Stiege 2, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in another way, there is the possibility that you complain to the proper supervisory authority. Usage of data – Security

The provided data will not be used for other purposes than the contractual relationship / membership or by your consent or otherwise by purposes which are in accord with the GDPR/DSGVO. Exempt from that is the usage for statistical purposes, if the data provided has been anonymized.

We have taken state-of-the-art organizational and technical precautions to ensure the protection of your personal information (protection against misuse, both internally and externally, including firewalls, encryption, access authorization, etc.). However, it cannot be ruled out that information may be accessed or used by other persons due to errors in the transmission of data which were not caused by us, or unauthorized access by third parties (hackers, etc.). We do not take any liability for this, unless this improper use was culpably caused by us.

Transfer of data to third parties

Generally we do not share your personal information with others. However, to fulfill the contractual relationship or for legal reasons, it may be necessary to forward your data to third parties. This can be e.g. authorities or other third parties involved (including processors who work for us). In this case, the disclosure of your data takes place exclusively on the basis of the GDPR/DSGVO (on the basis of your consent, fulfillment of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, etc.).

We also point out that we may transfer your personal information to recipients (see above) outside your country. However, we transmit your personal data only and exclusively on the basis of the GDPR/DSGVO (appropriate level of data protection or setting measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection).
